General
The commission is for personal, non-commercial use only.
I may publish your commission on any of my platforms or use it as a commission sample, unless requested otherwise.
I may decline a commission request for any reason.
PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payment shall be made to my PayPal.
After receiving your request, I will contact you within 72 hours on your preferred platform to give you a final quote.
Full payment upfront via invoice. The commission shall only be started after full payment has been made.
The commission is non-refundable; once you pay me, I will work on it until it is done. However, If I find I am not able to complete your commission for any reason I shall issue a full refund.
Process
If you would like me to draw an original character, please provide any official reference (I will not draw designs from scratch).
Delivery will generally take between 14-60 days depending on my status. I will inform you ASAP in case I need more time on your commission.
I will update you on the progress of your commission for you to approve before I move to the next stage.
Minor revisions may be requested as I work on your commission, within reason. You may only ask for major revisions during the sketch stage. Up to four (4) minor revisions are allowed for the final piece.
A PNG and PDF file of the final piece will be delivered via email, through a WeTransfer link. You are free to ask me for the files again in case of loss or corruption, but once the commission is completed I am not responsible for preservation of files in case of loss or corruption on my end.
